Birth Support Packages

  • 1-2 prenatal visits, usually lasting between 1-3 hours

    Postpartum planning - Setting up support and resources for the postpartum period with a focus on mental health and self care

    Information on partner support and how your partner can feel included in the birth

    Extensive research of all birthing options, so as to provide you with the necessary information to make an informed decision

    Unlimited availability via call, text, and email

    24/7 On-call service leading up to your due date (38 weeks to 41 weeks)

    Access to a back-up doula

    Emotional, physical, mental, and informational support to you and your partner, as you go through this journey of bringing new life into the world

    Complementary photos of your birth, edited and returned back to you

    A postpartum visit used to discuss the birth, recovery, how feeding is going and making sure you are set up for success

  • All services included in the Basic Package

    15 hours of overnight postpartum care

    Discounted postpartum care rate — $45/hr to $43/hr

Postpartum care services are completely customizable to you and your needs. My job is to help smooth the transition into parenthood, and assist through the recovery from labor. Some services I provide include caring for the newborn infant, establishing eating and sleeping schedules, soothing techniques, baby-parent bonding, and providing information on feeding.
